Abstract

Sometimes it appears in some texts of jurisprudence and law term debt due to similarities with other words, with the confusion and the words interchangeably used, for example, due to the charge, commitment, faith, responsibility, commitment, etc., but the use is not correct. Local debt obligations that one takes credit for and is supposed to do. In fact, the spiritual headquarters of the debt obligation, and it is placed in a container that religion. There are also funds such as the required debt, obligation, liability is religion. The method of this study was cross-sectional and jurisprudence and legal writing books and articles have been used.
