This regulation pays great attention to detail. The principles of fair trial include principles such as general guarantees, including the right to litigation, Independence and impartiality of the reference authority, the equality of defense facilities, the availability of facilities and adequate defense time, the right to face trial, the right to appeal, the right to open proceedings, the right to be heard within the reasonable period of time, the principle of opposition or opposition, the principle of the legality of crime and punishment, the principle of innocence, The right to know the charges, with the reasons for it, the right to remain silent in the investigation and giving C, prohibition of torture and other ill-treatment during investigation, the right to confront witnesses and ask questions of the other side and so on. And finally, it should be noted that this law has paid a lot of attention to the principles of fair trial than the former laws. در جمهوری اسلامی ایران، پس از قانون‌گذاری‌های متعدد در مورد آیین‌دادرسی‌کیفری، سرانجام در سال 1392 قانون آیین‌دادرسی‌کیفری به تصویب رسید این مقرره، توجه زیادی به جزئیات رسیدگی دارد و علیرغم بیان این جزئیات بعضی اصول در رسیدگی مغفول مانده و در بعضی موارد توجهی به زیرساخت‌های موردنیاز نشده‌است. به همین خاطر کارایی و کارآمدی قانون، به منصه ظهور نمی‌رسد. اصول دادرسی منصفانه، اصولی از قبیل تضمینات عمومی که شامل حق دادخواهی، استقلال و بی‌طرفی مرجع رسیدگی، برابری امکانات دفاع، برخورداری از تسهیلات و مهلت کافی دفاع، حق رسیدگی حضوری، حق تجدیدنظرخواهی، حق رسیدگی علنی، حق رسیدگی در مهلت معقول و اصل تقابل یا تناظر، اصل قانونی بودن جرم و مجازات، اصل برائت، حق اطلاع یافتن از اتهامات با ذکر دلایل آن، حق سکوت در تحقیقات و دادرسی، منع شکنجه و دیگر اذیت و آزار در هنگام تحقیقات و رسیدگی، حق مواجهه و طرح سؤال از شهود طرف مقابل و... است.  درنهایت باید بیان داشت، این قانون توجه و تمرکز زیادی نسبت به قوانین سابق به اصول دادرسی منصفانه داشته است. https://leg.isu.ac.ir/article_2809_21fecd8d2e39081b7d04d1cfcc165055.pdf
