Inspector oversight is part of the achievements discussed in this article. با توجه به اهمیت شرکت‌های سهامی عام از حیث قدرت جمع آوری سرمایه‌‌‌‌های خرد و سرگردان، و استفاده این سرمایه‌‌‌‌ها در مسیر رشد تجارت و صنعتی (که نیازمند سرمایه های کلان به صورت سریع دارد)، پس از تصویب لایحه قانونی اصلاح قسمتی از قانون تجارت در سال 1347، قانونگذار با هدف رفع مشکلات موجود در مسیر این نوع شرکتها (با رویکرد حمایت از تولید کننده و سرمایه‌‌‌‌گذاران) اقدام به تصویب مقرراتی پراکنده در طی این سالها نموده و با تغییر در رویه سابق اقدام به تأسیس، حذف و یا اضافه کردن برخی امور از شکل گیری تا انحلال شرکتها کرده است. این پژوهش کتابخانه‌‌‌‌ای، با ارئه گزارشی از برخی مهمترین تغییرات شکلی و ماهوی حوزه مدیریت این نوع شرکتها نسبت به لایحه سال 1347 به روند کارآمدی یا ناکارآمدی این اصلاحات پرداخته و در برخی موارد پیشنهاد هایی برای بهبود وضعیت موجود و رسیدن وضعیت مطلوب ارائه می‌‌‌‌دهد. لزوم شفافیت در دارایی‌‌‌‌های مدیران با هدف جلوگیری از فرار مالیاتی شرکتها به وسیله ایجاد سامانه شفاف نقل و انتقال سهام، لزوم به کارگیری تکنولوژی برای برگزاری جلسات الکترونیکی و اطلاع‌‌‌‌رسانی به وسیله روش‌‌‌‌های جدید و همچنین راهکارهای شبه قضایی جهت افزایش قدرت نظارت بازرسان، بخشی از دستاوردهایی است که در این مقاله مورد بررسی قرار گرفته است.  https://leg.isu.ac.ir/article_2790_ec0bfd000f253eff3acb1043e1c06979.pdf
