In this research, by utilizing the descriptive analytical method, we are following the belonged rights, probable exceptions to these rights, and their remedies; moreover, in the ground of municipal law, we deal with the prospect of Iran’s law in this issue and the adaption of acts with international deeds. In the interest of obtained results, the broadcasting organizations, todays merely have the right of issuance of authority or prevention of repetition, stabilization or, in rare situations, spreading the recorded versions, and informing with all types of sending programs. In our country, the draft of the bill of the comprehensive act of supporting the literary and artistic ownership rights and related rights has codified on the basis of sample act, WIPO, on which it is expected that the supporting level of these organizations increases to the criteria of World Intellectual Property Organization. سازمان های پخش صدا و تصویر، به دلیل نقشی که در زمینه ایجاد دسترسی عمومی به اینگونه آثار و کنترل پخش مجدد آنها دارند، مورد حمایت قانون گذاران قرار گرفته اند. در این پژوهش با استفاده از روش توصیفی - تحلیلی، به دنبال بررسی حقوق تعلق یافته به این سازمان ها، استثنائات احتمالی وارد بر این حقوق و ضمانت اجرای آن هستیم و در زمینه حقوق داخلی نیز به چشم انداز حقوق ایران در موضوع مورد بحث و میزان انطباق قوانین با اسناد بین المللی می پردازیم. بر اساس نتایج به دست آمده، سازمان های پخش صدا و تصویر، در حال حاضر تنها از حق اعطای مجوز یا منع از انجام پخش مجدد، تثبیت و موارد خاصی از تکثیر نسخه های ضبط شده و مخابره با عموم برنامه های ارسالی  بهره مند هستند. در کشور ما، پیش نویس لایحه قانون جامع حمایت از حقوق مالکیت ادبی و هنری و حقوق مرتبط بر اساس قانون نمونه وایپو تدوین یافته است، که با توجه به آن، انتظار می رود که سطح حمایت از این سازمان ها به آن چه مدّ نظر سازمان جهانی مالکیت فکری می باشد، ارتقاء یابد. https://leg.isu.ac.ir/article_2608_d756d3d2b9dac72449a6a6926534558a.pdf
